Just a lil’ something for my cat-loving sister. Barry M. Mint Green, Barry M. Black and La Femme Beaute Neon Yellow.

The Fashionable Finger does… Disco Nails

I LOVE Disco Nails in Tokyo and can look at ameblo.jp/nagicoco for hours, so here’s my own twist on their incredible negative-space style.

I used Chanel June, Barry M. Mint Green, some Zoya Cho as a base for the patterned nails (with white nail art pen dots), gold nail tape and gold mini beads (studs) from eBay.

The Fashionable Finger does… Sunset Gradient Tips

Still loving the negative space, I tried a new technique for this gradient: I just layered the colours in horizontal stripes on my bare nails, instead of using a sponge - less messy, less hassle and the result is quite similar.

I used Chanel June, Barry M Orange Soda, American Apparel Sheer Miami Beach.
